Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.

2. Clients may cancel services at any time; however, if the agreement is terminated within the current month, no refund will be issued. Written notice (email or text) is required. Any future payments will be stopped, but no partial refunds will be given.

3. Refunds will not be provided if the client does not follow Peak Ranker LLC’s recommendations or approvals for essential changes (e.g., SEO research, content adjustments, keyword optimization, website connectivity, or site structure).

4. No refund will be issued if the client hires another SEO provider or undertakes SEO work independently during the contract term.

5. Rebates will not be issued if the client fails to provide necessary web access for SEO activities, or if their website is inactive or not functioning properly.

6. Once the client approves mock-up designs and the project enters the testing phase, no refunds will be granted.

7. Cancellations for special event-related services arranged by our sales team must be made with at least 30 days’ advance notice. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled otherwise.

8. All SEO and other digital marketing packages are non-refundable. Clients may cancel by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance.

9. We do not issue refunds for projects that have been inactive, abandoned, or idle for more than 30 days.
