2. If a client refuses to complete remaining payments or disputes a payment through their financial institution, Peak Ranker LLC reserves the right to withhold or deny any transfer of ownership related to the project or deliverables.

3. Clients are not granted rights to reclaim, reuse, or resell any source code or assets for non-commercial or commercial use. If a business undergoes restructuring or changes in ownership, any associated website or digital property may be transferred to the new owner; however, the new owner may not resell or reuse any part of the deliverables for other commercial or private purposes.

4. Website owners are not permitted to remove or alter Peak Ranker LLC’s credits on the website in the event of a webmaster modification, unless the original website structure or visual design has been modified by more than 50% of its original form.
