Due to the nature of our services, Peak Ranker LLC does not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Clients may cancel services at any time; however, cancellations made mid-month will not be refunded for that month. Clients must submit written notice via email or text. Future payments will be stopped, but partial refunds will not be issued.
Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to follow our advice or approvals for changes, such as SEO research, content changes, keyword optimization, or technical adjustments.
No refunds will be granted if the client hires another SEO provider during the contract term.
Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide necessary website access or if the site is inactive or non-functional.
No refunds will be given after mock-up approval and once a project enters testing or development.
Event-based or special offer services require at least 30 days' notice for cancellation and are non-refundable once confirmed.
SEO and online marketing packages are non-refundable; clients may cancel with 15 days' written notice.
Funds will not be repaid for inactive, abandoned, or neglected projects that remain dormant for over 30 days.
